Premier Natural Cloud PillowTop Mattress
This is our top of the line innerspring mattress in the Premier Natural Collection. It offers world class, ultra-luxurious comfort with its attached sewn in pillowtop pads on both sides of the mattress providing “cloud like” comfort.
Comprising the pillowtop portions of the mattress, our soft and supple woven jaquard outer fabric is made with organic cotton for breathability, and quilted with layers of chemical free French wool to wick away moisture and to help provide a dry sleeping environment, followed by a thick layer of soft natural Talalay latex to provide ultra-luxurious cushioning and pressure point relief. Internally, the Royal Flex innerspring unit is surrounded by quilted layers made with organic cotton and firm layers of all natural Talalay latex to provide bouyant back support.
If your heart desires to go even softer, we can customize the mattress to be made with our ultra soft German stretch knit fabric made with organic cotton, which expands and flexes with weight, then rebounds to its original shape providing next level suppleness to hips and shoulders for pressure point relief. Just making this one change in the fabric takes the plushness to Level 5, our softest firmness category for an even more soothing sleeping experience.
The Double Diamond Box Spring supports the mattress and provides an extra layer of suspension for increased comfort. The center-third of the box spring contains 50% more modules to add extra support where it’s needed the most. 5-Star hotel grade wide slatted wood frame provides greater durability. Even the box spring is wrapped and padded in fabric and layers made with organic cotton and all natural French wool.

- Luxurious Covering Made with Organic Cotton
Luxurious fabric covering made with organic cotton ventilates body heat to sleep more comfortably. The fabric is woven on precision computerized looms to exacting and consistent specifications.
- All Natural French Wool Wrap
Surrounding the inner layers of padding is a protective layer of French wool, which acts as an all natural fire barrier, as well as helping to ventilate body heat and maintain a dry sleeping environment. The French wool is washed in baking soda and water without any chemicals, and the sheep free graze on open plains and hillsides in France.
- All Natural Talalay Latex Cushioning
In the pillowtop portions, a soft and thick layer of all natural Talalay latex is located under the wool quilting providing supreme comfort and pressure point relief, resulting in a “cloud like” feel. And internally, surrounding the innerspring unit are layers of firm latex for added support. Latex layers are made with the natural latex milk from sustainable rubber tree plantations. Latex is hypoallergenic, hygienic, anti-bacterial, and resistant to dust mites.
- Border Quilted with All Natural French Wool
Quilted to the vertical sidewall of the mattress is our French wool stitched to the fabric made with organic cotton, and with vents allowing body heat to escape.
- Quilted Support Layer Made with Organic Cotton
Specially quilted into a dense support pad are layers made with organic cotton to rest on top of the innerspring unit to prevent the above layers from pocketing into the springs for proper orthopedic support.
- Royal Flex 650i Innerspring Unit
Precision Engineered in Switzerland, and made in the USA, our Royal-Flex mattress innerspring system is double heat tempered to provide lasting and consistent support. The Royal Flex features a double offset coil design with open ended unknotted 6-turn coils to provide greater sensitivity to body contours, and overall support. And made with upcycled steel to provide less impact on the environment.
T-Spring Side Supports are connected by hand equidistant around the perimeter of the Royal-Flex innerspring unit to heavy duty border wire for side to side sleeping comfort and support.
- Two Sided Construction for Longevity
Royal-Pedic mattresses are built with an equal amount of materials on each side of the mattress, so you can turn the mattress over and sleep on the other side.
Double Sided mattresses can enhance longevity. Mattresses that are no-flip designs, are only built with padding on one side, so you can’t flip it over.
- Double Diamond Box Spring
Royal-Pedic’s Double Diamond Box Spring features 50% more modular supports in the center-third of the box spring unit where it’s needed most (over 60% of our body weight is located in our torso). The coil wire is our heavy duty 8 3/4 gauge as compared to 9 1/2 gauge as standard. Mounted on 5-Star hotel grade wide slat construction insures durability. Upholstered with the finest staple cotton padding, and heavy duty cotton fabric undercloth. Most box springs these days are foundations, which do not have give. Royal-Pedic box springs have flexiblity providing an extra layer of suspension for enhanced overall comfort.
Materials
PRISTINE LONG STAPLE COTTON
The cotton padding we use is of the highest grade from California and Texas, normally only used in custom made, high-end upholstered furniture. Using the longer cotton fibers blended together to make layers for the mattresses insures there will be a consistent, supportive sleeping surface so you won’t get lumps.
TALALAY LATEX
Our latex is harvested from sustainable rubber tree plantations in Indonesia and Malaysia. The natural latex is transported to a modern Talalay latex processing facility in The Netherlands where the milky white natural latex is converted into mattress cores, and slices for our pillowtop pads and mattresses in accordance with the strict Oeko-Tek European environmental standards. Latex is dust mite resistant, hypoallergenic, and anti-bacterial.
EXQUISITE COMFORT OF LAMB’S WOOL
The lamb’s wool from France provides a comforting natural fiber layer quilted underneath the cotton mattress covering. The lamb’s wool contains lanolin – a natural dust-mite repellent. The sheep live in wide open spaces, rather than being cooped up in a small space. The wool is cleaned in baking soda and water.

ROUND MATTRESSES
Here is a picture of of the 96”D Round Royal-Pedic Pillowtop Mattress manufactured for Marcia Mix Interiors. Her client lived in a New York hi-rise apartment on the 41st Floor. Amazingly, to get this mattress into the apartment, the outer window had to be removed and the mattress was hoised with a crane. The hoisting fee was $16,000!

Great for extra large bedrooms, and the desire for spacious comfort or if you are an athlete and just need more mattress space, our oversized mattresses are the answer. This is a picture of the (84” x 84”) Royal-Pedic All Cotton Mattress we manufactured for Ronald Reagan, President of the United States during his tenure as Governor of the state of California. Our oversized mattresses are also ideal for “Vegas” style ultra suites.
