Durable, Long Lasting & Safe

The Midi Classic is constructed of top-quality 304-grade U.S. stainless steel to provide years of dependable service with minimum care. It has double cladding as a safety feature to ensure that there are no exposed hot surfaces that could hurt children or pets. It is fan-cooled and equipped with a float system designed to stop automatically when the storage tank is full. The unit has a built-in steam-sterilization feature and is easy to clean. It is also equipped with a safety shut-off switch. The Midi Classic is designed for many years of trouble-free service and comes with a 15-year limited warranty.

VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds)

Each Pure Water distiller is complete with dual vents to allow volatile gases to escape. Additionally, an activated carbon post filter is included to aid in the removal of any remaining volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and to improve taste.

• The Midi Classic must be placed at least 18 inches off of the ground.
• The Midi Classic must be placed near a water line.
• The Midi Classic can be placed on a countertop or a stand where there is at least 3 inches of clearance above and around the machine. This is needed for ventilation.
• DO NOT run the Midi Classic water distiller in a small enclosed space, like a cupboard or under the sink.
• Drain the boiling tank approximately every 2-3 weeks
• Clean the boiling tank approximately once a month
• Replace the carbon filter approximately every 3-6 months to 1 year
• Steam sterilize the unit approximately every 6 months to 1 year

Note: If you live in an area where the water quality is exceptionally poor, you may need to increase the frequency of your care.

While we don't accept returns, in the event of a defect in your purchase, we guarantee a replacement that functions properly.

Pure Water offers a 15-year warranty for their Pure Water Mini Classic CT, the Midi Classic, and the Mega Classic water distillers. Please ensure to fill out the warranty form within 10 days of purchase, in order to activate the warranty. We will email you the form in case you forget.

We offer the best, most comprehenisve manufacturer's warranty in the industry. More important than our warranty however, is out history and our proof of quality. We have numerous water distillers in the field that are well over 40 years old and they are still going strong. Every day, one or more distillers come into our service center to get cleaned up, and they go out looking brand new - and they will last another 40 years!

Anyone can put a warranty on a product, but can they back it up? More important than the warranty is the company that you are working with. We offer the best warranty AND we back it up with an amazing history. Here is our US residential warranty statement for the Pure Water Mini Classic CT, the Midi Classic, and the Mega Classic water distillers.

This product is warranted by Pure & Secure, LLC. to the original user only to be free of defects in materials and workmanship of fabricated stainless steel components for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of manufacture.  All electrical components are warranted by Pure & Secure, LLC. to the original user only for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture.

Any defective part or parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period when the defective part is returned freight paid to : Customer Service Department Pure & Secure, LLC., 4511 NW 42nd St, Lincoln, NE 68524.  The part or product will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Pure & Secure, LLC. and returned to the original purchaser freight collect unless otherwise instructed. Typically, during the first 90 days after purchase, Pure & Secure, LLC will waive shipping fees.

This warranty specifically excludes subsequent purchasers claims, damage incurred during shipping, abuse, misuse or any damage resulting from the failure of the user to follow manufacturer’s directions.  No warranty is provided for corrosion of stainless steel parts due to contact with Chlorides.

In order for this warranty to be effective, the user must return the warranty card postmarked no later than 10 days from the date of purchase (or complete online here).  Other than as stated above, Pure & Secure, LLC. makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  In no event will Pure & Secure, LLC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
