Our return policy lasts for 60 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 60 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. No restocking fees apply, but please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, as we provide free shipping on the initial order. To qualify for a full refund, ensure that all accessories from the original packaging are included.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We will email your tracking info as soon as we receive it. More expensive items may require a signature upon delivery.
