The Hooga red light therapy pod is yet another convenient, effective way to treat your entire body with red and near infrared light therapy. The pod features a soft, flexible neoprene outside shell with a beautifully embroidered Hooga logo.

On the inside, you'll find 1800 regular size red and near infrared light emitting diodes that deliver high irradiance so you can get a quick, efficient treatment in the comfort of your home. Each light bead has 3 chips, 2 near infrared to 1 red for superior power output and even light coverage. 

The full body red light therapy pod comes with an easy to use controller which allows you to adjust your brightness, the length of your treatment as well as enable pulse mode if desired.

• Regular size pod measures  63 inches long by 24 inches wide. It can also be unzipped to create one large mat 64 inches wide.
• The total number of LEDs in the regular pod is 1800pcs, including 945pcs on the back and 855pcs on the front.
• Please note: The Pod must be used on a hard, flat surface!  Using it on a bed or couch can cause the wires to stretch and break, causing lights to go out.

Electrical field output is 0.14 V/m at the surface.

Irradiance 70mW/cm2 at the surface. This delivers a light dose of 4.2J/cm2  for every minute inside the pod.

The full body red light therapy pod comes with an easy to use controller which allows you to adjust your brightness, the length of your treatment as well as enable pulse mode if desired.

• The XL pod measures 71 inches long by 32 inches wide. It can also be unzipped to create one large mat 88 inches wide.
• The total number of LEDs in the XL pod is 2680 pcs, including 1400pcs on the back and 1280pcs on the front.

Treatment

• Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing.
• Plug the light therapy controller for both the top section and bottom section of the pod into a wall outlet. Turn power button on.
• Choose desired treatment time and brightness.
• Start your treatment, relax, and enjoy the healing properties of the red light.
• It is normal for the pod to warm up a little bit during your treatment due to the LEDs and your body heat.
