The QUANTUM has 2 Standard Modes: Background Mode (for search, and measure) and Accumulated Dose, with visual Green, orange and red alerts and alarms showing exposure. An arrow shows when levels are falling as well as on screen bar meter, graph and numerical data (Sieverts, Roentgens, Counts per Minute) for each GM Tube. It measures Gamma, Beta and XRay.

FREE Standard Shipping in the USA

We offer FREE standard shipping within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and Military Addresses. Standard shipping comes with a tracking number and usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive.

2-Day Express Shipping in the USA

When you need your order fast, choose the 2-Day Express shipping.

• If an order is received before 12pm Eastern Time, then an order will be attempted to be delivered within 2 business days.
• If an order is received after noon local time or on weekend, the order will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

During this time, carriers do not provide any guarantees or credits for delayed shipments, and we can't offer those. SOEKS USA aims to deliver all orders on-time and is continuously monitoring and improving our shipping program.

2-Day Express Limitations

Due to carrier limitations, the following cannot be delivered within 2 business days from when the order is fulfilled.

- Carriers only pick up from us on Monday through Friday (business days) at this time

Limitations

• SOEKS devices are compact scientific instruments and like any other portable gadgets should be handled with care, we do not cover physical damage, accidents, water damage, lost/stolen devices, batteries or accessories. In case of a physical damage a $169 service fee will be applied.

14-Day Returns

You can return the new unused products bought on our website within 14 days of the delivery date.

If 14 days have passed we are not able to process a refund but you are still eligible for our industry leading 2 year warranty. 

If we accept a return of an item, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied.

Depending on the condition of the returned item, such as if the item was physically damaged, shows signs of use or was tested for business/industrial purposes, we reserve the right to refuse a return request or increase the restocking fee at our sole discretion.

All returns must be unused, in their original packaging and have all the accessories in place including the manual. 

Exchanges and Refunds

We will exchange all orders at no additional cost and cover the shipping costs (US customers only) in case of our error (wrong product, carrier damaged or defective item upon arrival). We ask you to reach out to us within 3 days after the delivery date to be eligible for a free exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any authorized refunds. We offer free shipping in hopes that you will fall in love and keep the product but we still have to pay for it.
